Stakeholder Interview
A meeting was scheduled with Quickly Marketplace Stakeholders, Emmanuel Iweze and David De-Great, to discuss the overall goals, requirements, and outlook for the project. During the interview, there was a desire to build a sustainable solution that focuses on connecting students who are business owners to a customer base that needs their products or services at ease and convenience. Having the interview with the stakeholder helped lead perfectly into assumptions made about the project. Here are the notes I took during the interview
Assumptions
Along with the project manager, I explored what is known or assumed about potential users. Asking these questions got our creative juices flowing and aided in furthering empathy towards the project and potential users. It also helped to establish direction, thoughts, and lead closer towards business goals for QMP.
Business Goals
From the interview with the stake holders and exploring what is known and assumed about potential users, I was able to highlight the goals for the business. These goals are however, yet to be validated by potential users.
